PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, through a secure server. We utilize the services of Dynamic Payment Solutions. Our payments are authorized via the ECI-Pay processor and PayPal. Please note that your credit card statement will show Abrazo Enterprises as the selling merchant. Abrazo Enterprises is the owner and operator of IMZBUYER. SHIPPING Our products come from different warehouses. As a result you may receive more than one shipment for a single order, and the shipping cost may show up separately in the shopping cart when you check out. We try to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If an item ordered is out of stock and needs to be back ordered, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of it. If you require quicker shipping, please e-mail us and we will let you know if we can expedite the order. Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous States. If you desire shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada, please let us know the product and product number of the item you want shipped, and the specific address. We will let you know if that specific product can be shipped to your requested destination and what the rate will be. Please do not order to areas outside the 48 contiguous states unless you receive authorization from us. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction, it is important to us. For this reason we select only quality products. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Exchanges are only for items received damaged or defective only. Do not return a defective or damaged item without contacting us first. We ship from different suppliers and they each have different policies and procedures for return of defective or damaged items. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item in the case of defective or damaged merchandise to arrange for an exchange. At our discretion we may select to refund the cost of the damaged or defective merchandise upon your request instead of exchanging it. Shipping and handling cost will not be refunded, and the credit will be made to the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. OUT OF STOCKS AND ERRORS If an item you order is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as we become aware of it. If there are more than one item in your order we will ship that are in stock at that time. You will be given the option to select another item, or receive a refund for out-of-stock item(s) of your order. PERMISSION BASED E-MAILER If you decide to subscribe to our e-mailer, we only ask for contact information such as first name, last name and e-mail address. If you no longer wish to receive our e-mailer you can opt-out by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom the e-mailer and provide us the e-mail address to remove and submit it.
